La Pierre les Abscisses
Domaine des Notes Bleues are an exciting micro-domaine producing some deliciously thrilling chardonnay and savagnin white wines. Burgundy inspired, the wines embody local terroir, comprising citric freshness and salivating fruit. Cedric produces tiny quantities of site-specific wines that capture the imagination.
A plot selection all coming from Marne soil. The wine is aged less than a year in large burgundy barrels, before being bottled unfined and unfiltered.
Tasting notes
More rounded than some of his other wines. This has finesse and poise by the bucket load, but it is also a powerful expression of chardonnay with a long finish. A wine to inspire and help create dreams. Love it.
