Please get in touch with us as soon as possible on email via shop@royswines.co.uk if there are any discrepancies with your subscription case, any missing items or problems with your order.

We're happy to take back any bottles that are still in perfect condition up to 30 days from delivery. Please get in touch with us to start the returns process. All charges (minus the original delivery cost) will be refunded upon our receipt of the goods in their original condition of sale. The cost of returning the order is at your expense. We recommend you use the mail safe packaging that came with your order to prevent breakages.

If you suspect a wine is corked or out of condition, please reseal the bottle and contact us within 24 hours via shop@royswines.co.uk.

After we receive your item, we will inspect it and process your refund or replace the item, subject to availability. Any refunds will be made to the payment method you used during the purchase, within 5 to 10 days.
