No Sin Tou Tsefs
This is a delicious blend of all the red varieties grown across the estate, with the exception of the esteemed Trousseau à la Dame used in the Le Bastard cuvée.
The Pinot Noir is processed using whole bunches, whilst the Poulsard and Trousseau are fully de-stemmed. Every component is vinified and aged separately, with macerations lasting approximately 20 days. This is followed by ageing in a mixture of foudre and barrel for 10 months before release.
Tasting notes
Ripe red cherry on the nose, lends to savoury tea leave notes. On the palate a pleasant grip, lifted by fresh acidity and playful floral tones.
